is to procure all the equipment, materials and services required for construction of the Project Facilities and complete the Work . from the sources approved by COMPANY to satisfy their requirements of Contract, design,specifications,codes and standars,so as to achieve the objectives set forth this project,this policy shall be applied throughout the whole course of project execution, and all the procurement activities shall be carried out professionally and efficienty.The procurment sequences and procedures prepared anf approved by COMPANY shall be followed strictly.the quantity and quality must be ensured in compliance with the contractual requirements.

All members of the EPCC team work very closely together to develop detailed specifications,site rules & regulations and commercial terms to ensure all orders meet or exceed performance requirements. Executing purchase orders and / or subcontract agreements and expeding key vendor information drive our detail design and installation schedule. we have a full time staff of professional procurement personnel who maintain continuous contacts with suppliers to ensure the most current and cost competitive orders.
