AL-ALBAB Commissioning

In this phase, we assuring that all systems and components of a building or industrial plant are designed, installed, tested, operated, and maintained according to the operational requirements of the owner or final client. Our commissioning teams integrate with client project teams to plan for commissioning requirements across the entire project lifecycle, from conceptual and detailed design through to procurement, construction, start up and handover. This service applies engineering techniques that identify and schedule commissioning requirements early, enabling timely detection and intervention on potential schedule delays. As part of this service, we work with clients to ensure commissioning procedures are developed in line with operating needs. Commissioning services are supported by sophisticated commissioning systems and an extensive database of resources that check, inspect and test every operational component of the asset prior to handover. According to our arrangement, a Warranty Organization will be in place after the completion of commissioning. The Organization will be composed of some members of the commissioning and construction. Maintenance organization is composed of engineering, procurement, construction and operation experts and qualified team.
